Timeframes for Providing a Copy of the Assessment

If you request a copy of the assessment:

  • Prior to entering into the credit product: We will provide the assessment as soon as possible, and prior to you entering into the credit product or increasing your credit limit.
  • Within 2 years of entering into the credit product: We will provide the assessment within 7 business days of receiving your request.
  • More than 2 years but less than 7 years after entering into the credit product: We will provide the assessment within 21 business days of receiving your request.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

If you have a complaint or concern about our services, you can:
